Since this year 2017 I have to pay copayment for prescription medicines I did not pay before I’m husband and I are members since more than 15 years. When asked the reason because from level 1 changed to level 3, same medicines, to me that is not answer my question. We are very dissatisfied with Preferred Care. Just waiting for next October. Medicaid told me I can only have Sunshinehealth or Community Health Plan.
