The UnitedHealthcare Dual Complete RP (Regional PPO D-SNP) R1548-001 is available to residents in Virginia, North Carolina, and all Medicare SNPs must provide Medicare additional prescription drug (Part-D) coverage. UnitedHealthcare Dual Complete RP (Regional PPO D-SNP) is a Regional PPO. A preferred provider organization (PPO) is a medicare plan that has created contracts with a network of "preferred" providers for you to choose from at reduced rates.
